Web-based series starring Demi Delia is nominated in the Best Reality or Documentary Web Series category

LOS ANGELES—MommyXXX, the internet reality series that stars porn star and Randy Spears ex-wife Demi Delia, has been nominated for a Streamy Award in the Best Reality or Documentary Web Series category. In its second year, the Streamy Awards honors excellence in original web television programming.

MommyXXX, which is produced by Teru Media and distributed by Sony Pictures Television, debuted in June 2009 on Crackle.com, where episodes, which run around five minutes in length, can still be watched. Webisodes can also be found on YouTube and Hulu.

A synopsis of the show reads, “Demi Delia could have been a model, but her life path was redirected by a savvy agent who saw bigger and better … boobs in her future. Now firmly established in the adult entertainment industry, Demi has her pick of parts and partners, and is able to focus on what really matters: her family. Check into casa de Delia and get an inside look at the Mom, Daughter, Son, Exes, and other random houseguests that fill in the life of a porn star. Demi, aka Mommy XXX.”

The cast includes Demi Delia, Randy Spears, Alanah Rae, Carley Parker, Charisma Cappelli, Brad Armstrong, Tommy Gunn, Allan Stafford, Lexi Belle, Tory Lane and Stephen Knight. MommyXXX is directed by John Ferrie.

Winners of the second annual Streamy Awards will be announced at the Streamy Awards Ceremony in Los Angeles, Calif., on April 11, at the Henry Fonda Theater. The awards also will be live-streamed online and available on-demand, and will be covered by a bevy of press outlets. The show is co-hosted by Tubefilter News and NewTeeVee, and is produced by Tubefilter, Inc.
